About the Leading Growth programme
The Leading Growth programme is delivered by Exemplas and The Leadership Centre at Leeds Beckett University and provides selected business leaders with quality leadership support to drive change and growth within their business.
This programme is only available for decision-makers in SMEs based in West Yorkshire that meet the funding criteria.
Who is this service for?

This programme is for individual leaders within West Yorkshire-based SMEs. The programme uses workshop learning and a new change project to develop both individuals and the employer organisation in pursuit of your growth aspirations.
This is a high-value intervention on behalf of the funders. Accordingly, there are significant expectations around change management, impact and traction.
If successful at the assessment stage, the majority of applicants will receive one funded place.

- One-to-one guidance: Supported by the Exemplas team, who will empower your individual development journey – before, during and after leadership workshops.
