About the Export programme
The Export service focusses on delivering Export Action Plans for SMEs, available for businesses at any stage in their export journey, providing them with the technical, geographical and sector-specific knowledge, advice and plans needed to identify and remove existing barriers to export. Delivered by a consortium of highly-experienced partners with strong international networks.
Who is this service for?

Existing exporters
SMEs exporting but looking to extend into new international markets or to grow existing trade

New and aspiring exporters
SMEs trading on a local level with aspiration to export their products or services
What is included in this service?
- An expertly developed market-leading export diagnostic, providing a detailed assessment of your SME’s needs
- Access to Export Managers who will facilitate the development and implementation of comprehensive and achievable Export Action Plans
- Expert facilitated workshops and masterclasses, covering topics including: Passport to Export (for new exporters), international geography-specific and sector-specific
- Access to £2,000 of grant funding to help fund 50% of consultancy or trade-related activities to enable the delivery of Export Action Plans (eligibility criteria applies) (Please note: Our grant allocation for this programme has now been fully utilised, and no further funding is available at this time)

Our export workshops are all online – delivered by our internationalisation expert partners, Chamber International. They will give you the opportunity to gain insights into how to access and expand your business’ reach across the world, all included free within our programme.
